I was looking for a trainer who was local to the Barnes/Mortlake area who is flexible with times, happy to train outside and enthusiastic! I spoke with a few other trainers, but it was Ana’s positive attitude that made me want to train with her.
From our first conversation, Ana has taken the time to understand my lifestyle, the reasons that I had put on weight and my motivation for wanting to lose it! I was worried my goals were too much of a challenge and I was a lost cause. But Ana made me feel great from the offset and that my goals were achievable!
I signed up initially for the 8-week intense weight loss plan, which has been amazing! The training plus nutritional advice plus moral support has been brilliant! I used to be very fit and active but for various reasons I put on a lot of weight. Ana has helped me so much – our exercise sessions are always varied, mixing up cardio with weights and strength and endurance exercises, whatever training we are doing, it’s always fun. In seven weeks I have lost 12 kilos. I have more to go but know I will get there! Ana is so enthusiastic every time we meet, and makes me feel like anything is achievable! The training is fun, and I genuinely enjoy my sessions with Ana. I am becoming a healthier, happier and more confident person!
