What if I need to cancel a session?

For personal training sessions please provide at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice, and the session can be rearranged. Anything less will unfortunately result in the session being lost.


Are you qualified?

Yes. We are qualified to train people who are new to exercising as well as elite and experienced athletes. (And everyone in between.) We are also qualified to train pre and post natal clients.


Where will we exercise?

The beauty of booking personal training sessions is that you’re in control of where you want to train and when. It can be in your home, your garden or local park.


If I block booked sessions, when do I have to use them by?

10 Block booked sessions will expire 14 weeks from the date of purchase, and 20 sessions will expire 26 weeks from the date of purchase.


What do I need to bring?

All you need to bring is water, a mat and suitable clothing.


What should I wear?

Comfortable sport clothes and trainers. Shorts and t-shirts are advisable during the summer to avoid overheating. Tracksuit bottoms and a rainproof jacket are advisable during the winter months.


Are you insured?

Yes, we are. We have public liability insurance up to the value of £2m.


Are there any age restrictions?

Anyone aged 16 and above can train with The Amazons Bootcamp.
