Fed up sitting on the sofa while everyone else is out running? Or maybe you’ve been talked into running a 5K or 10K for charity? Don’t worry! Anyone can learn to run. You just need to start slowly and build up gradually.
Our personal training sessions for novice runners begin with a fitness level assessment and a chat about your goals. You’ll also receive nutritional advice too. Your training sessions will then include a combination of body weight and cardio exercises, as well as running, so you become fitter and stronger as your training progresses.
Ideally your running training programme will include three 45-minute sessions a week. You’ll also be given advice on how to train when you’re in the gym or running on your own.
The Amazons Bootcamp offers women 5K and 10K running sessions for beginners throughout south west London, Surrey, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
And what’s more we can train anywhere you like: your home, your back garden or your local park.
