I chose The Amazons Bootcamp because the testimonials on the website looked good, and when I spoke with Ana it was obvious she would be firm but not too tough!
I had high intensity personal training 1-2 times a week and although 30 minutes doesn’t sound like much it has had a huge effect, and also motivates me to train in my own personal time as well.
I run my own business and have two small kids, so no week is the same. Ana is flexible and can suggest times that suit both of us. Because the sessions are only 30 minutes long it means I can usually squeeze it in and therefore don’t have excuses to miss it!
Since I have been training I have noticed that my clothes fit better and I have more energy and less stress, which were my main motivations for getting a personal trainer. I’m also more conscious of how I train when I’m on my own and find these sessions more productive and effective as well because of Ana’s coaching.
I would absolutely recommend The Amazons Bootcamp. Ana is wonderful. She tailors the workout to suit your goals and is very firm, making me work harder than I would do alone but not to the point I pass out! She’s also really funny so the 30 minutes passes really quickly (most of the time!).
She is the perfect combination of firm and fun and continues to push me past where I would normally work out. Thank you Ana!
